Let's take a short walk through the
application to see how it works
We created a fictitious lawn service company
named "Mow Right Landscaping".

This company has two
services it performs for the customer at Acme Products."
1. Mow lawn and edge trim
2. Weed garden beds

The boss creates
some jobs and assigns them to the master gardener "Edward Scissorhands".

Edward
Scissorhands logs into the application and sees that he has some jobs assigned to him and when they are
scheduled to be done."

At the start of
the day Edward goes to the "Timecard" menu item, the clicks on the "Clock In" button.

He sees that
his first job is to mow the lawn at 100 Hatcher Lane, but he cannot remember where that is so he clicks
on the map button to open a Google Map view of the location.

Upon arrival at
the job site he then clicks on "Start" to indicate that he is currently working on this job.

He then clicks
on the "Details" button to view the specifics of this job.

When Edward
finishes the job, he clicks on the "Finish" button to indicate that the job is done.

Edward is now
done for the day, so he goes to the "Timecard" menu item, the clicks on the "Clock Out" button.

Back in the
office, the boss can see the completed jobs to know what is ready to bill to the customer.

The boss
creates an invoice for the customer Acme Products for all jobs completed within the date range selected.

The boss can
review the invoice,

then create a
PDF version to send to the customer

When the
payment comes in, it is logged in,

and the
invoice detail is updated to reflect the payment and invoice balance.

It's that easy.
